Professional Development Program

A multi-year leadership program

The Professional Development Program (PDP) is a multi-year rotational leadership training development program designed to give candidates hands-on experience in various jobs at locations around the enterprise.

The life of a PDP

Each PDP has a unique experience. No two people will follow the same rotational path or have identical business knowledge, allowing each the flexibility to pursue their own interests and showcase their strengths.

PDP associates are expected to:

  • Complete three rotations over the course of four years in at least two different home office locations.
  • Gain deeper knowledge of each business function and how they interact.
  • Lead special projects that may involve partnering with other business areas to research, analyze and resolve key business issues.
  • Expand professional growth with guidance from an assigned mentor.

Qualifications for participating in the program*

  • Undergraduate degree with a GPA of 3.3 or higher
  • Strong internship or equivalent work experience for graduating college seniors
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative problem solving and strong analytical reasoning skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and self directed
  • Well organized and able to handle multiple priorities at one time
